Renova Art Commissions are a germinal space for dialogue and creation that enriches Renova’s communication with the talent of different artists, while confronting our actions with original points of view and opening spaces for encounters with the new and the sublime.

Renova Art Commissions include works from different disciplines… architecture, dance, photography, installation, jewelry, furniture, music, and video.

Renova Ballet Art Commission The idea was born in March 2020, during the first lockdown, at a time when brands and institutions came together through the Portugal #entra em cena platform to support the cultural sector.

Out of the many proposals received, three pairs of musicians and choreographers were selected to move on to the final phase of creation.

Curated by conductor Martim Sousa Tavares, rehearsals and video recordings of the winning pairs took place in the Renova Factory spaces, where the creations were conceived. The result was presented as a three-part video ballet triptych, which premiered in September 2022.
